This song is all about your inner demons and struggles which plays a major role in the development of Leo's character throughout both the anime and manga series. His guilty complex alone justifies this as a good opener.

2. In Iolite - Ghost ft. Prinz (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISSzDAdnEW4)
Regret and what-if scenarios fill Leo's everyday thoughts and affect his decisions. This track is about someone's future self telling their past self that although they made many mistakes, they're better for it in the future, which couldn't be more accurate about Leo's growth as a member of Libra and a denizen of HL.

3. Tuxedo Junction - Erskine Hawkins (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAEDx0BEsPQ)
Not gonna lie. I just picked this because Leo has a thing for swanky swing and Lindy Hop. Just watch a clip of the first season's ending in the anime and you'll see what I mean; Leo will literally tap dance his way into your heart in no time flat. ;)

4. Hands - Jewel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfsS3pIDBfw)
Because Leo is such an ordinary kid in an extraordinary world, people often underestimate the good he is capable of doing. This song is all about the difference one person can make, regardless of who they are. All it takes is a little kindness.

5. Funky Town - Lipps Inc. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liuCTk2nPG8)
Again, Blood Blockade Battlefront has a funky vibe overall and I can totally see our little hero rocking out to a Motown-esque hit like this. HL is a 'Funky Town' with all of its supernatural goings-on, besides, and I can actually see this track fitting into the anime nicely.

6. Bright Eyes - Art Garfunkel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1tTKVE5LCk)
A softer, mellower song that I chose namely because of Leo's eyes and the fact that I adore anything by Garfunkel. This wisp of a tune reminds me of life's journey in general and again, I mostly chose it because of Leo's (literal) bright eyes. :)
